Spring Break

Spring Break was the most needed experience. It was the best week for a few reasons. For one, I had all of this time to spend in the city with no school. Even better, I got to spend it with Annika! For those of you who don't know how awesome my little sister is, let me tell you. She is the coolest. Shout-out to my awesome parents for flying her out here to spend some much needed sister time with me.

Annika and I are extremely close. She is only a few years younger than I am and we have always been the best of friends. There is nothing I wouldn't do for Annika. Living 2,000 miles away from her is really hard, I am grateful for technology that allows me to communicate with her so frequently. Even though we don't get to have sleepovers in my room anymore, we are still as close as ever and this week just proved it!

Here is a little photo overview of all the fun we jam-packed into this week. If you want the details of our adventures watch the youtube video Annika made: (I will inched the link once she has posted it.)

If you have never been in a ball-pit, I highly recommend it. However, be prepared to almost drown in a 3ft pool of plastic. Oh, and try hard not to think about the number of germs. But really, one of the funnest things I have ever done.

Oh cute Annika and her succulents. A whole room full of cacti; and Annika was lookin' sharp!! (...sorry, that joke was dumb)

If you haven't noticed already, we finally got the share clothes again! Perks of having a sister! Being in the same state...that helps too.

As you can see, we went all over the place and did a million things. Mostly eating good food, a lot of smoothies, and of course macaroons. Some of the major highlights were seeing "The Prom" on Broadway, going to The Color Factory, exploring DUMBO, and walking around Brooklyn's Botanical Gardens. We had the best week, and we plan to make Spring Break a sister tradition.
